Zoom XYH-6 Adjustable Stereo Microphone Capsule for H5/H6

The Zoom XYH-6 is an interchangeable stereo microphone capsule designed for Zoom H5 and H6 handy recorders. Featuring two matched unidirectional condenser microphone elements with large 14.6mm diaphragms, the XYH-6 employs an adjustable X/Y stereo recording pattern that can be rotated between 90 and 120 degrees. This flexibility allows you to choose a focused stereo image for distance miking or a broader, wider stereo spread for capturing ambient sound and close miking applications. With its cardioid polar pattern sensitivity, the capsule picks up sounds directly in front of the recorder whilst minimising pickup from the sides and rear, making it ideal for studio recording, live performance, field recording, and broadcast applications.

• Adjustable X/Y stereo pattern: 90 to 120 degree rotation for flexible recording coverage
• Large 14.6mm diaphragm elements for extended frequency response and professional sound quality
• Unidirectional cardioid polar pattern for focused, directional recording
• Compatible with Zoom H5, H6, Q8, and other Zoom modular recorder systems
• Mono-compatible stereo recording delivers fuller, richer sound during playback
