The Viltrox AF 56mm f/1.7 is a lightweight, large-aperture APS-C prime lens designed for Nikon Z-mount mirrorless cameras. With a full-frame equivalent focal length of approximately 85mm, it offers a classic portrait perspective that delivers flattering subject rendering and pleasing background separation. Its bright f/1.7 maximum aperture excels in low-light conditions and enables beautiful, smooth bokeh, making it a compelling choice for portrait, street, and everyday photography.

Optically, the lens features 11 elements arranged in 9 groups, including 4 extra-low dispersion (ED) elements and 3 high refractive index elements to minimise chromatic aberrations and maintain sharpness across the frame. Autofocus is driven by a silent STM stepper motor with an internal focus mechanism, ensuring fast, quiet, and accurate focusing suitable for both stills and video. The lens also supports EXIF data transmission and includes a micro-USB port for future firmware updates, all within a compact and lightweight body weighing just 187g.
